Our pieces are made using vintage and deadstock materials, which may naturally vary in color, texture, and character. These variations are part of the materials and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@soup646.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
